Pop star Demi Lovato is a huge fan of mixed martial arts. The singing sensation not only is a fan but also gets in the gym to train and hone her skills and technique.

According to NFL insider and UFC on FOX host Jay Glazer, Lovato has what it takes to compete with the best female mixed martial artists in the world that fight for the UFC and Bellator MMA.

“She’s a bad little lioness, isn’t she? She would whip a lot of people’s asses,” Glazer told TMZ. “Absolutely.

“She throws elbows better than most of the UFC guys that go in there [ the Unbreakable gym in Hollywood]. Oh yeah, she’s more violent than most. And, she gets mad when we kind of don’t get after her harder. She’s definitely one of our fighters. Without a doubt, she’s one of our fighters.”

Glazer was then asked by TMZ if Lovato could fight in the UFC without a problem and Glazer stated that “she has the mindset.”

“I wish I could bottle up her mindset and sell it to all the guys in the UFC and Bellator,” Glazer said. “She’s a bad little lioness dude. Don’t mess with her.”

Glazer was asked if there is any possibility of seeing Lovato fight in an actual competition, such as an amateur fight.

“She’s brought it up to us a million times,” Glazer said. “But, she has that mindset. You see how hard she hits.

“It was funny, I was working out with Michael Strahan one day and he and I are sitting there in Vegas and I do something, my shirt comes up and there’s a big bruise. And he’s like, ‘Oh man, Chuck [Liddell] do that to you?’

“I’m like, ‘No, it was Demi Lovato.’

“He said, ‘What?!’

“I’m like, ‘Demi Lovato. Demi kicked me right here.’

“She gave the worst bruise so far. She kicked me right here. Her hips are great. Again, she’s a violent little bastard.”
