UFC officials recently announced a bantamweight addition to Octobers “UFC on Versus 6” event.
The promotion made the announcement via twitter, yesterday afternoon.
“UFC on Versus 6” takes place from out nation’s capitol on Oct. 1 from the Verizon Center in Washington DC. The evenings main card will air live on the Versus sports network.
Easton hasn’t seen action in two-years. After a string of injuries sidelined the Dominick Cruz training partner he now prepares to make his UFC debut after opening his career with a solid 10-1 professional record.
Hougland made his UFC debut with a decision victory over Donny Walker at UFC 132. It marked his tenth consecutive win.
