Zain Bando is a freelance journalist, covering MMA since 2019. He has been an avid follower of MMA since 2006, remembering the great rivalries such as Liddell-Ortiz, Hughes-GSP, and, of course, Hughes-Penn. When Bando is not watching MMA, he is likely traveling, watching sports, or with friends. He is a 2022 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and completed graduate school at Northwestern's Medill School of Journalism in Sept. 2023 with a focus in Sports Media.
