Boxing champ Chris Eubank Jr. gives training camp inside information on Floyd Mayweather
Floyd Mayweather is less than one week out from returning to the boxing ring after coming out of retirement to fight current UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor in the boxing ring.
Mayweather, now 40-years-old, has stated numerous times in the buildup to this fight that he certainly isn’t the same boxer he was 10 years ago and admitted he isn’t even the same boxer from just two years ago. However, Mayweather has stated that although not the same man he once was, he still has was it takes to beat Conor McGregor in the boxing ring.
With many from the boxing world not giving Conor McGregor a chance against Mayweather, who many consider the greatest boxer of this generation, some might think Mayweather is overlooking McGregor and not taking the fight seriously. With putting his legacy and undefeated record on the line, IBO Super Middleweight World Champion Chris Eubank Jr. recently stated on social media that “Money” is not taking the fight lightly and appears to be in great shape.
Eubank said the following in his post:
“Watching Floyd train over the last 3 weeks in my opinion he’s in just as good condition as he was when I watched him train for Maidana & Pacquiao. Even though Conor has never had a pro boxing match Floyd is not taking this fight lightly, he is going to bring it & I know Conor is never the type to back down so I expect there to be some serious action come August 26 #MayweatherMcGregor”
