Light welterweight boxer Jose Zepeda knocked out Ivan Baranchyk in the fifth round of one of the best boxing fights of the year 2020. It was one of the craziest fights we’ve seen in a long time in the world of boxing. In less than five fully-completed rounds, there were eight knockdowns between the two fighters, with the finishing blow coming late in the fifth round. Zepeda was able to catch Baranchyk with a devastating left hook and knocked him out cold to finally end the crazy carnage.

Mayweather and McGregor met in the boxing ring in 2017, with the former improving to a fantastic 50-0 with a 10th-round TKO victory. Since then, there’s been plenty of talk about a potential rematch between the pair, and while Mayweather isn’t exactly chomping at the bit for that fight, it’s one he’d take for the right price.

Paul has recently been linked to an exhibition boxing match with Mayweather, who is one of the greatest boxers of all time. While this boxing exhibition is not expected to be competitive whatsoever, Rogan believes Paul would have the upper hand against Mayweather if they met under the mixed martial arts ruleset.

Heavyweight boxing legend Mike Tyson says that he “would love” to step into the ring and box Anthony Joshua if it was for charity. Tyson is set to make his return to the ring in November when he takes on Roy Jones Jr. in a heavyweight exhibition match between two legends of the sport. Although Tyson is 54 years old and hasn’t fought since 2005, he has been sharing plenty of videos of his training camp and he appears to be in incredible shape for his comeback.

Boxing superstar Canelo Alvarez filed a lawsuit against streaming service DAZN, and Oscar De La Hoya’s Golden Boy Promotions. The lawsuit, launched in a Los Angeles Federal Court, alleges Canelo’s multi-fight deal with DAZN was breached to the tune of $280 million in damages, according to court docs obtained by Mike Coppinger of The Athletic.

More bouts have been added to the Mike Tyson vs. Roy Jones Jr. undercard, including an appearance from former UFC heavyweight Rashad Coulter. Coulter, who went 1-3 in the UFC between 2017 and 2018, will take on England’s Viddal Riley on the Tyson vs. Jones undercard. Coulter has one pro boxing bout on his resume, having picked up a first-round knockout of Armando Herrera Jr. in 2015. He and Viddal, who is 4-0 and represented by Mayweather Promotions, will meet at 210 pounds.
