It appears that the professional boxing match between Tommy Fury and Darren Till is now off. Last month, Misfits Boxing announced plans to stage ‘TNT’ against ‘The Gorilla’ in January. For Tommy Fury, the bout was going to be his first since last October, when he defeated influencer boxer KSI. Following the fight, the younger brother of Tyson Fury revealed plans to get surgery, citing a long injured hand.

Darren Till has a plan in place should he start to lose to Tommy Fury in their boxing match. Till is set to return to the boxing ring on January 18 on a Misfits boxing card against Fury. It’s an intriguing matchup and after the fight got announced, the two held a press conference on Tuesday.

Fresh off a split-decision victory over Jake Paul in February, Tommy Fury hoped to defeat yet another influencer boxer. For his part, KSI entered the bout fresh off a controversial no-contest against Joe Fournier in May.

For Tommy Fury, the bout was his second in a row against an influencer. Earlier in the year, the British boxer faced Jake Paul in Saudi Arabia and handed ‘The Problem Child’ his first loss by split decision.

In the eyes of Fury, and many others, that now makes him the king of crossover boxing.

The high-profile event went down over the weekend in Manchester, headlined by ‘The Nightmare’. Co-headlined by Logan Paul, the event was nicknamed The PRIME card, a nod to the YouTubers’ hydration drink. At the event, ‘The Maverick’ faced Dillon Danis, while KSI faced Tommy Fury.

John Fury, the dad of Tyson and Tommy Fury wasn’t too happy with the way the press conference was going on Tuesday. Tommy Fury and KSI held their press conference to promote their Oct. 14 fight, while Logan Paul was also there as well as his opponent Dillon Danis. With that, the press conference was full of trash talk and KSI took aim at the Fury family accusing Tyson Fury of ducking Oleksandr Usyk which John Fury wasn’t happy about.

Jake Paul is thanking Tommy Fury for handing him his first career loss. It was the undefeated Jake Paul who took on Tommy Fury in a boxing match on February 26th of this year in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia. The result was a split decision victory in favor of Fury.
