George St-Pierre is sharing that he believes Whittaker is very capable of making Chimaev ‘ look bad’ at UFC Saudi Arabia. It has been announced that former UFC middleweight champion Robert Whittaker (25-7 MMA) will take on the undefeated Khamzat Chimaev (13-0 MMA) in the main event at UFC Saudi Arabia on June 22 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Former UFC welterweight and middleweight champion Georges St-Pierre once nearly fought Floyd Mayweather. ‘Rush’ hasn’t competed since a third-round submission victory over Michael Bisping at UFC 217. That victory saw Georges St-Pierre end a four-year layoff, to defeat ‘The Count’ in Madison Square Garden. While the Canadian later showed interest in fights against the likes of Khabib Nurmagomedov, he never fought again.

UFC Hall of Famer Georges St-Pierre got some encouraging news this week ahead of a potential return to fighting. St-Pierre was supposed to make his combat sports return in December at the UFC Fight Pass Invitational 5 grappling event. He was originally targeted to face former UFC foe Nick Diaz, but St-Pierre withdrew due to injury.
