At present, there’s no news on the date and setting of the pair’s wedding.

Amanda Nunes (16-4) last fought in May, when she defeated Raquel Pennington by fifth-round TKO. This win marked her third successful title defense. She previously defended the title with a decision defeat of Valentina Shevchenko and a first-round knockout of Ronda Rousey. She won the title with a first-round submission of Miesha Tate. Nunes, who is currently on a seven-fight streak, has recently been linked to a featherweight title superfight with dominating divisional champ Cris Cyborg, though this bout is far from official at present.

Nina Ansaroff (9-5), meanwhile, last fought in late July, when she defeated Randa Markos by unanimous decision. This win was her third in a row, as she’s also recently defeated Angela Hill and Jocelyn Jones-Lybarger.

Congratulations to Nina Ansaroff and Amanda Nunes!
