‘King Mo’ Slams Ortiz For Post Fight Speech: ‘Tito Gets The D*ck Rider Of The Week Award’
Bellator light heavyweight ‘King Mo’ Lawal and MMA vet Tito Ortiz seem to have been at each others throats since Ortiz signed with the promotion.
Most of it comes from the fact that Ortiz has not agreed to fight Mo, who starting calling for that fight a while ago. Mo claims Ortiz is ducking him, while Ortiz says that no one knows who he is, so why fight him.
This past weekend they both competed at ‘Dynamite’, Mo in the tournament and Ortiz in the main event title fight against Liam McGeary.
Mo won his first fight but due to injury was unable to fight in the final. Ortiz got an early takedown in his fight, but ended up getting caught in an inverted triangle and tapped. After the fight Ortiz waited around and gave a post fight-interview in the cage after McGeary. Mo thought that was a pretty lame move.
Here’s what he said on the Brutally Honest Show:
“I heard and saw on Twitter that there was a man doing some d**k-riding … and that’s Tito Ortiz.”
“I heard after Liam submitted him he was waiting there, took the microphone and talked about himself. Talking himself up after he got submitted. How do you do that? How do you get submitted in two to three minutes [4:41] and then talk about how good you are? Come on, man. Tito Ortiz gets the “d**k-rider of the week” award.”
“He needs to slap himself. Every week I’ll tell you who’s d**k-riding. There might be a couple of weeks where there might not be one, but where I’m from, Tito Ortiz deserves that award right now.”
