A new championship belt has been revealed for the upcoming PFL vs Bellator Champions series ahead of Saturday night.

For a while now, fight fans have been getting excited over the prospect of PFL fighters battling Bellator fighters after the recent acquisition. This weekend, we’ll see the first major PFL vs Bellator Champions event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

A parade of high profile showdowns are expected to take place on the card. It’ll feature champions and challengers alike from both promotions. As we look ahead to the future, the expectation is that we’ll continue to see massive crossover between the two in every department.

PFL vs Bellator belt revealed

Based on early reactions, it certainly seems as if fans and media members are split on the design. Either way, though, it’s an interesting step to take, and it further raises the stakes of these upcoming matchups.

Prior to the acquisition, these promotions were seen as two of the biggest in North America outside of the UFC. Regardless of whether or not you agree with that, nobody can deny the impact this sale has the potential to have.

PFL are the ones who will be overjoyed to have the Bellator roster at their disposal. In equal measure, we’d imagine Bellator will be happy to simply have the lights on.
