Rampage Denied By The Judge
Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson suffered a setback in his legal battle with Bellator.
The UFC fighter filed for the general injunction to be thrown out, but the judge denied the dismissal.
Rampage is dealing with Bellator over a contract dispute stemming from his signing with the UFC.
Bellator claims it was a breach in contract when Rampage signed with the other organization while still under a valid contract with them. Jackson argues that the contract with Bellator was already breached because they resumed to share the number of pay-per-veiw buys for his fight with King Mo.
So, the battle goes on and this isn’t over for Rampage just yet.
