“Just waiting on him,” Cerrone said in an Instagram post that featured images of himself and Conor McGregor.

Although no official announcement was ever made by the UFC, online sportsbook Bovada.lv has already listed betting odds for the potential “Cowboy” Cerrone vs. Conor McGregor fight.

The online betting site has identified Conor McGregor as a slight favorite at -185, meaning a successful $185 bet on him would earn you $100.

Cerrone, meanwhile, has been pegged as the +150 underdog, meaning a successful $100 bet on him would earn you $150.

While betting odds and rumors may be swirling, according to UFC President Dana White there is no truth to the Donald Cerrone vs. Conor McGregor reports.

TMZ caught up with the brash UFC boss who basically shutdown any talks of a potential Donald Cerrone vs. Conor McGregor fight at lightweight.

“December,” Dana White said after being asked when we will know more about Conor McGregor. “So those guys (Conor and Khabib) go before the Nevada State Athletic Commission in December and then we will know what is up.”

“We are not even thinking about it,” Dana White said when asked who the promotion is considering to fight Conor McGregor next. “Its not even worth talking about because we don’t know how long the suspensions are going to be, how much the fines are going to be. We don’t even know the penalties yet, so we can’t think about him fighting until we know what penalties are.”

When asked about the Donald Cerrone vs. Conor McGregor rumors, Dana White was quick to shut them down.

“That’s not true.” Dana said of the rumors. “That is absolutely not true. Obviously that is the fight that Cowboy Cerrone wants, but that’s not true. We haven’t even thought about an opponent for either one of those guys yet.”
