John Kavanagh gives timeline for Conor McGregor’s retirement
Several months ago, UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor shocked the world as he announced his retirement from MMA.
McGregor was subsequently pulled from UFC 200, for ultimately refusing to fulfill his media obligations for the event. After a brief period of silence, McGregor announced that he wasn’t retiring from MMA.
On the heels of McGregor’s UFC 202 majority decision win over Nate Diaz this past Saturday, SBG Ireland head coach John Kavanagh did a Q&A with fans on Twitter.
Kavanagh was asked when he feels as though McGregor would realistically retire, to which he responded with a shocking answer:
