MMA Roundup: What fighters do for fun outside of the cage

Although fighters that are competing do it because they love it, it surely isn’t the only thing the athletes are doing and have found some other hobbies and sports that they have gotten good at.

In this MMA Roundup, we take a look at what some of the fighters enjoy doing with their time when they are not fighting or training in the gym for their next bout. With their athletic abilities and competitive nature, it only makes sense that these fighters end up getting pretty good at whatever recreational hobby or sport they get into.

From skydiving down back to earth from thousands of feet up in the sky to scuba diving below the depths of the sea, Cerrone is surely an adrenaline junkie that finds some thrilling things to do outside of the gym and Octagon. “The Notorious” Conor McGregor has been living the high life with his massively successful run in the UFC. With being the first fighter in history to hold two UFC titles simultaneously, even if it was for a short while before relinquishing the featherweight title, McGregor loves making money and spending it too. His collection of cars is impressive and will surely grow with his success.

What do the brothers from Stockton, California do to keep busy when not training in the gym and fighting? Both Nick and Nate have found another area of competition they enjoy in the world of triathlons. Both Nick and Nate have done numerous competitions and it surely helps with their endless gas tanks in the Octagon.
