Jorge Masvidal made this callout on Twitter, offering McGregor one of his patented three-piece combos. He even offered to serve this dish in McGregor’s native Ireland.

Conor McGregor recently divulged that he’s in negotiations for a return to the cage this July, but that he’s also still seeking an ownership stake in the UFC. Former UFC welterweight champ Tyron Woodley, who just lost the title to Kamaru Usman, doesn’t believe McGregor is in a position to be making these kinds of demands. In an interview with TMZ, Woodley suggested McGregor fight him first. If the Irishman is able to clear that huge hurdle, he’ll be in a much more favorable position.

It’s obvious that Conor McGregor is not going to stop chasing a rematch with current lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov. It was at UFC 229 where Nurmagomedov defeated McGregor by fourth-round submission to improve his perfect record and retain his title. Following the fight, members of both McGregor and Nurmagomedov’s teams were involved in a post-fight melee which resulted in suspensions for multiple fighters. As rumors swirl around McGregor’s potential return, Nurmagomedov has said he will stay on the sidelines until his teammates are eligible to return later this fall.

Mahamad Abdirzak, the father of McGregor’s alleged victim, says this is precisely the kind of behaviour he expects from the Irish MMA superstar — which is why he supports McGregor’s rival Khabib Nurmagomedov. “What McGregor did is exactly in his character,” Mahamad Abdirzak told the Daily Mail. “He’s an angry man. I’m not a fan of his at all. I prefer Khabib (Nurmagomedov). He’s the fighter I like to watch, not McGregor.”
