Report: Nate Diaz vs. Conor McGregor 2 being targeted for UFC 202
While there are reports of a boxing match being set between boxing great Floyd Mayweather Jr. and UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor, “The Notorious” is also reportedly close to being finalized for a bout in the UFC.
FloSports Jeremy Botter tweeted on Friday after the Mayweather vs. McGregor boxing match came to light that “The Notorious” is nearly set to get his rematch with Nate Diaz at UFC 202.
Besides, McGregor/Diaz is 99% done for the UFC 202 main event on August 20, anyway.

McGregor and Diaz were originally scheduled for an immediate rematch in another non-title welterweight bout set for the main event of UFC 200 in July. However, fans and media were shocked when the UFC recently announced McGregor was pulled from the card for refusing to take part in media obligations to promote the card.
