Dana White says ‘journeyman’ Jim Miller has made millions of dollars in UFC
UFC CEO Dana White has suggested that Jim Miller has earned millions of dollars during his time with the promotion.
Earlier this month, Jim Miller defeated Gabriel Benítez via submission, marking his fifth win in his last six fights. At the age of 40 years old, many fans can’t quite believe that Jim is still able to compete at such a high level.
For the longest time, he’s made it clear that he wants to fight at UFC 300 – after picking up wins at UFC 100 and UFC 200. As long as he remains healthy, he’ll get that opportunity as he prepares to battle it out with fellow veteran Bobby Green.

In a recent interview, White spoke candidly about the success that Miller has enjoyed throughout his career.
White reveals Miller’s big earnings
“When you become a champion, you become a partner. You share in the pay-per-view (PPV) revenue,” White explained on The TRUTH Podcast. “Boxing does [it too]. Whoever is the champion in boxing, you get the lion’s share of the revenue. Here, it’s dispersed through across everybody.
“We got a guy right now who’s 40 years old and he’s on this hot streak, man. His name’s Jim Miller,” he continued. “He’s been around forever. He’s been around since like we bought the company and he’s still fighting. He’s gonna fight on UFC 300 and this is a guy who’s been — I guess you could call him a journeyman in boxing [terms], right? If you ask most people, they wouldn’t know who Jim Miller is, and the guy’s made millions of dollars.”
