Former UFC, Strikeforce and Invicta featherweight champion Cris Cyborg is not happy with the recent comments UFC President Dana White has made about her. She’s also not particularly pleased with UFC commentator Joe Rogan, who generated some controversy for his skewed commentary of her UFC 240 victory over Felicia Spencer. Of course, these are not the first issues Cyborg has had with White and Rogan. Both men have previously made some pretty reprehensible comments about the talented fighter. And now, she wants an apology. Publicly.
Max Holloway responds to Dana White closing the door on lightweight run

UFC president Dana White isn’t interested in seeing Max Holloway compete at lightweight again, but “Blessed” is up for the challenge. Holloway was seen in action this past Saturday night (July 27). He put the featherweight gold on the line against Frankie Edgar in the main event of UFC 240. The bout went the distance and Holloway was able to find his range and thwart takedown attempts to snag a unanimous decision victory. It’s Holloway’s third successful title defense.
Conor McGregor 'pissed off' that Dana White said Jorge Masvidal is too big for him

Shortly after Jorge Masvidal defeated Ben Askren with a five-second flying knee knockout at UFC 239, he called for a superfight with Conor McGregor. UFC President Dana White, however, promptly shut this idea down, claiming Masvidal is simply too big for a fight with McGregor. Apparently, this comment from White did not go over well with McGregor.

UFC president Dana White has commented on the alleged Jon Jones strip club incident after viewing video footage of it, and he believes that the UFC light heavyweight champion’s legal outlook looks positive in his favor. Speaking to TSN’s Aaron Bronsteter, White said that he’s seen videos of the alleged incident, and he believes Jones is in a good spot going forward with his legal matters.

Jones was recently charged with battery after an alleged incident involving a waitress at a strip club in Albuquerque, New Mexico. “Bones”, along with his team, are maintaining that the light heavyweight champion was not involved in any wrongdoing during the innocent that reportedly took place before Jones’ latest title defense against Thiago Santos at UFC 239.

That being said, a large portion of the MMA community is still clinging to the hope that the former UFC welterweight and middleweight champion will eventually dust off his gloves and return to the Octagon — perhaps in pursuit of a third title against UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov. UFC President Dana White says that won’t be happening, as St-Pierre didn’t hold up his end of the deal after battling Michael Bisping for the middleweight title in 2017. He doesn’t seem to trust the Canadian after this incident.
