Speaking recently on the Barstool Sports podcast, the UFC boss opened up on his biggest issue with Conor McGregor. As you might have guessed if you’ve ever watched a Conor McGregor press conference, White’s biggest gripe has to do with the Irishman’s frequent tardiness.

Having watched this fight, UFC President Dana White believes Jedrzejczyk is better suited for the strawweight division than she is for the flyweight division. “I love her, she’s such a great fighter and such a good person,” Dana White said at the UFC 231 post-fight press conference (transcript via MMA Fighting). “I actually consider her a friend. I want her to take some time off, go spend some time with her family and then we’ll get together and talk about it. But I’d like to see her stay at [115 pounds]. “

Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor are both currently under suspension from the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC), this for the melee that occurred after UFC 229. A final hearing to determine their punishments is set for December 10. What the NSAC plans to do remains a mystery. The most extreme punishment would be to strip both fighters of their respective licenses, this in addition to issuing fines and lengthy suspensions. Ultimately, that seems unlikely to happen.
