Ed Soares calls out Gabi Garcia for allegedly skipping out on rent, bills

By bjpenndotcom - February 9, 2017

Former high-profile manager to Anderson Silva and numerous other UFC stars, Ed Soares, recently took to social media with a message calling out WMMA phenom Gabi Garcia.

Gabi Garcia

Garcia, who is riding an impressive 4 fight win streak in MMA that has seen her go undefeated under the Rizin Fighting Federation banner, allegedly skipped out on rent, and her bills, after Soares and a partner helped her rent an apartment.

Soares also cautions Tito Ortiz, Cris Cyborg, and Ray Elbe, on helping Garcia given the fact that she allegedly owes him and the management company of Tough Media quite a bit of money.

“WARNING!!!!! BEWARE OF GABI GARCIA!!! @gabigarciaoficial

This is what happens when you try to help an unethical person rent an apartment!!! She had no place to live and sure enough @jorgeguimaraes and I rent an apartment for her under our company name. So what does she do? She burns us and sticks us with a bill!!! Not only that but she owes Tough Media $4000 for commissions from her fight back on 12/31/15 and almost $3000 in unpaid utility bills. Be careful @titoortiz1999 @criscyborg @rayelbe or anyone else that comes in contact with her!!!”

Since the post was made, it has since been deleted, and no longer appears on Soares’ Instagram page, however we have a photo of the caption below for reference:

Soares has been away from managing fighters for quite some time now as he has taken over the role of running LFA following the RFA & Legacy FC merger. Since taking on that role, Soares was forced to relinquish his role as running Tough Media and Black House MMA due to a potential conflict of interest between simultaneously being a promoter and manger.

Stay tuned for updates on this situation as they become available.
