Hector Lombard: McGregor has no place at 170-pounds

By Chris Taylor - March 19, 2016

UFC welterweight Hector Lombard does not believe that current UFC featherweight title holder Conor McGregor has any place in the 170-pound division.

The former Bellator middleweight champion thinks it is CRAZY that the UFC even considered having someone like Nate Diaz or Conor McGregor getting a title shot at current title holder Robbie Lawler.

Hector Lombard fought Neil Magny in the co-main event of UFC Brisbane and suffered the first stoppage-loss of his career via third-round TKO.

Do you agree with Lombard, was it crazy for the UFC to even consider giving either Nate Diaz or Conor McGregor a shot at Robbie Lawler for winning at UFC 196? Sound off PENN Nation!
