Former UFC two-weight world champion Henry Cejudo has taken a shot at ESPN’s Ariel Helwani for comments he made about Deiveson Figueiredo. Figueiredo is coming off the back of a strong submission win against Alex Perez at UFC 255, and now, he’s already preparing to defend the Flyweight Championship once again next month when he locks horns with top contender Brandon Moreno.

Henry Cejudo has taken a shot a UFC featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski and UFC bantamweight champion Petr Yan. Volkanovski and Yan have both trained extensively at Tiger Muay Thai in Phuket, Thailand in the past, and have sparred together during their time at the gym. Footage of one of their sparring sessions recently started making the rounds on social media, where it eventually caught the eye of Cejudo.

Yesterday, November 12, had marked the four year anniversary of McGregor’s destruction of Eddie Alvarez. The historic win at UFC 205 in New York made Conor McGregor the first “champ champ” in promotional history.

MMA great Henry Cejudo praises retired UFC champions Khabib Nurmagomedov and Daniel Cormier, proclaiming that “Wrestling is life.” Cejudo retired from mixed martial arts in May following a TKO win over Dominick Cruz, giving up his UFC bantamweight title in the process. As for Cormier, he retired following a decision loss to Stipe Miocic at UFC 252. And of course, Nurmagomdov retired following his submission win over Justin Gaethje at UFC 254 this weekend of Fight Island.

Henry Cejudo and Aljamain Sterling traded shots on Twitter after Cejudo said Sterling would get passed over for a bantamweight title shot. In the main event of UFC Fight Island 5, Cory Sandhagen knocked out No. 1 ranked Marlon Moraes with a spinning wheel kick and punches to re-emerge as one of the best bantamweights in the division. Sandhagen, of course, suffered a first-round submission loss to Sterling in his last fight at UFC 250 back in June. But in MMA, the sport is all about what have you done lately, and Sandhagen’s win puts him right back into title contention.

Former UFC double champion Henry Cejudo responded after Israel Adesanya said that he was going to ejaculate on his coach Eric Albarracin. Adesanya knocked out Paulo Costa in the main event of UFC 253 to defend the UFC middleweight title. Immediately after the referee stepped in and stopped the fight, Adesanya was caught on camera play humping Costa. He then went to Costa’s corner and told Albarracin that he would ejaculate all over him. Watch the video below.

Undefeated lightweight boxing star Ryan Garcia says that he wants to “beat the sh*t” out of former UFC double champion Henry Cejudo. Cejudo recently retired from MMA following a TKO win over Dominick Cruz at UFC 249, but he has been active in his retirement calling out MMA fighters and boxers, including Garcia. Both Cejudo and Garcia have been going back-and-forth in interviews over the last few months, making their feelings known about each other. Both men do not like one another, and both men are interested in a potential MMA fight or boxing match.

Cejudo has had plenty in the way of trash talk for O’Malley lately, particularly after the prospect sustained the first loss of his career at the hands of Marlon Vera. On a recent episode of Real Quick with Mike Swick, however, Cejudo offered some rare praise for the up-and-comer—although he also questioned O’Malley’s toughness and heart.

Cejudo has been enjoying retirement ever since he successfully defended the Bantamweight Championship against the returning Dominick Cruz in May. Still, while he may have “retired”, he hasn’t really stopped campaigning for a big fight if and when he decides to return to the Octagon.

Cejudo, who retired from competition back in May, has had plenty of trash talk for O’Malley over the last few weeks. Even when O’Malley suffered a TKO loss to Marlon “Chito” Vera at UFC 252 earlier this month, the former champion did not dial back his verbal warfare.

Since then, he has kept trash-talking the flyweight and bantamweight divisions but O’Malley doesn’t care about any of that.

Former UFC double champ Henry Cejudo trashed the upcoming flyweight title fight between Cody Garbrandt and Deiveson Figueiredo at UFC 255. The news broke on Friday that the UFC will have Figueiredo make his first title defense of the UFC flyweight title when he takes on Garbrandt at UFC 255 on November 21. The move to give Garbrandt the title shot despite having no fights at 125lbs is sure to come under criticism. Figueiredo himself was said to be questioning talk of the matchup before it was officially booked, and now, the former champ Cejudo is putting his two cents’ in.

Reigning UFC featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski believes a fight with former bantamweight and flyweight champ Henry Cejudo would be “a waste of time.” Cejudo retired earlier this year, after a TKO win over Dominick Cruz. Despite his retirement, he’s been adamant that he’s interested in returning to the cage for the opportunity to challenge Volkanovski for the featherweight belt.
