Demetrious Johnson has given his thoughts on Henry Cejudo’s chances against Aljamain Sterling and Alex Volkanovski. After re-entering the USADA testing pool a few months ago, it probably isn’t going to take long for Henry Cejudo to get back into a UFC title fight. After all, when he first retired in 2020, he was a two-weight world champion who had successfully defended the strap at both bantamweight and flyweight.

Ever since vacating the championship following his retirement from mixed martial arts two years ago, Henry Cejudo has made it clear that he’s still open to the idea of competing if the offer is right – and he made that even more obvious by stating he will be re-entering the USADA testing pool to officially end his time away from the sport.

Jon ‘Bones’ Jones will be debuting in the heavyweight division of the UFC later this year, but an opponent has yet to be confirmed. Henry Cejudo has shot down the idea of his return fight being a rematch against former foe Dominick Cruz. The former two-weight UFC champion Henry Cejudo announced recently that he’s re-entering the USADA testing pool after more than two years away from competitive mixed martial arts. His plan of action seems to be going after UFC bantamweight king Aljamain Sterling as his primary target but beyond that, he’s also noted that he wants to try and become the featherweight champion in order to be the first fighter to hold a title in three weight classes in the UFC.

ONE heavyweight champion Arjan Bhullar has revealed that there were discussions of him heading back to the UFC. In turn, Henry Cejudo would be headed to the Asia-based promotion. The 35-year-old was in the UFC for two years, from 2017 to 2019. Despite going 3-1 inside the octagon, he departed to ONE Championship.
