Jim Miller and Joe Lauzon have the utmost respect for each other
UFC lightweight veterans Jim Miller and Joe Lauzon went to war at last night’s UFC on FOX 21 event in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
The bout, which was later awarded “Fight of the night” honors, went the full fifteen minutes and in the end Jim Miller was awarded a split-decision victory from the judges.
Many fans and analysts believed that Joe Lauzon should have received the nod from the judges last night in Vancouver.
With that said, you won’t see Joe Lauzon crying about the judges decision. Although Lauzon felt he had done enough to win, Joe had nothing but praise for his opponent after the fight:
I’m still a huge @JimMiller_155 fan. I thought I had it but I will never cry over judges. Congrats Jim. #UFCVancoucer @ufc

Jim Miller responded to Lauzon with the following message:
Always an honor. There aren't many fighters I'd guide my kids to have as role models, you're at the top of the list https://t.co/Xfv5v20WOX
