Joe Rogan is set to return to the commentary booth for UFC 299 in Miami.
UFC 299 takes place this coming Saturday, March 9th at the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida.
Headlining the event will be the bantamweight rematch between current champion Sean O’Malley (17-1 MMA) and archrival Marlon Vera (23-8 MMA).
‘Suga’, in his first title defense, will take on the only fighter he’s lost to in the Octagon, ‘Chito‘.
The preliminary-card lineup is slated to begin at 8 p.m. ET and airs on ESPN /streams on ESPN+, following early prelims, which begin at 6 p.m. ET and stream on ESPN+.
UFC 299’s main card airs on pay-per-view/streams via ESPN+ pay-per-view for residents in the U.S. beginning at 10 p.m. ET.
The broadcast team for the highly anticipated UFC 299 has been released and will include Jon Anik, leading the cageside charge, alongside color commentary legend Joe Rogan, who’s getting his first call of 2024, and former UFC two-division champion Daniel Cormier.
Retired featherweight fighter, Din Thomas, will occasionally join the booth as the coach-analyst throughout the broadcast.
The legendary Bruce Buffer will handle fighter walkouts and UFC reporter Megan Olivi will cover the pre- and post-fight interviews backstage and report on real-time updates of the event.
The now retired UFC middleweight Chael Sonnen alongside light heavyweight contender Anthony Smith will serve as desk analysts for the post-fight show.
Teddy Atlas will also be on hand, providing his insight and analysis for all the UFC 299 action this weekend in Miami.
