Former UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping is down to fight Luke Rockhold one final time. ‘The Count’ had many, many rivals in his historic career. However, there were few bigger and more important to his career than Luke Rockhold. In November 2014, Michael Bisping faced the future UFC middleweight champion in Australia. In their first meeting, Rockhold largely dominated, scoring a second-round submission win.

Former UFC light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida might be nearing a fighting comeback against Luke Rockhold in Karate Combat. Rockhold knocked out Joe Schilling at Karate Combat 45 last weekend in Dubai. He returned to the combat sports win column after a loss to Mike Perry in his bare-knuckle debut last year.

Karate Combat is now in talks with former UFC welterweight title challenger Darren Till. ‘The Gorilla’ has been out of action since a third-round submission loss to Dricus du Plessis in December. Surprisingly, that defeat might go down as the last fight of Darren Till’s UFC career. Post-fight, he requested his release from the company but vowed to return.

Former UFC middleweight contender Sam Alvey is heading to Karate Combat. ‘Smilin’ had a lengthy and high-profile stint in the UFC from 2014 to 2022. Early in his tenure, Sam Alvey proved his place as a middleweight contender, defeating names such as Rashad Evans, Nate Marquardt, Dan Kelly, and more. However, things took a turn for the worse in 2018.

The Hollywood star, who has appeared in films like Heat, Con Air, Blood In Blood Out, Anaconda and Machete, will be moonlighting as a special guest commentator at Karate Combat: Hollywood, which is scheduled for January 24 at 10pm. This Karate Combat card will air on UFC Fight Pass.
