Report: Machida vs. Henderson II set for UFC on FOX 19
The UFC is reportedly booking a highly anticipated rematch that will see two legends of the sport collide as Lyoto Machida and Dan Henderson will reportedly fight at UFC on FOX 19 on April 16th. Machida and Henderson fought back at UFC 157 where Machida was awarded a split decision win.
Henderson is coming off a KO loss to Vitor Belfort back in November in 2015. The loss returned ‘Hendo’ to the loss column after he had picked up a KO win over Tim Boetsch to snap a 2-fight skid.
Machida on the other hand is on a 2-fight losing streak that has seen him drop a submission loss to Luke Rockhold and most recently a KO loss to Yoel Romero.
This news, courtesy of Combate, comes on the heels of a reported Rashad Evans vs. Shogun Rua fight being scheduled on the same card.
