Michael Bisping has Rolex stolen from his house
Unfortunate news surfaced this week that UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping had an expensive Rolex watch stolen from his home in Los Angeles.
Bisping posted on social media earlier in the day that he was having construction work done on his house, and that the workers were racing against time to finish the project in just 48 hours before his mother and sister landed from England. Unfortunately, rather than the picture being followed up with a picture of the completed work, the champ took to social media to reveal that his Rolex SubMariner watch had been stolen out of his house.
Bisping is currently on the sidelines as he recovers from injuries sustained in his successful UFC 204 title defense against Dan Henderson back in October. For Bisping, the win not only avenged his infamous loss to Dan Henderson, but also marked his first title after winning the belt at UFC 199 by knocking out Luke Rockhold in the very first round on just two weeks notice.
In the meantime, Yoel Romero has emerged as the middleweight #1 contender following his UFC 205 KO win over Chris Weidman, which left the former champ dazed and confused on the canvas after a perfectly placed flying knee from Romero opened up a horrific gash on the side of Weidman’s head.
So far there has been no official word on when Bisping and Romero will fight for the middleweight belt.
