Lineal heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury isn’t worried about Mike Tyson or Francis Ngannou. ‘Iron Mike’ and ‘The Predator’ have made a lot of headlines over the last few weeks. Slated for his boxing match opposite ‘The Gypsy King’ in October, Francis Ngannou decided to bring the boxing legend to his camp. Since becoming his trainer, Mike Tyson has been vocal about the PFL heavyweight pulling the upset.

On February 11, 1990, Douglas took on Tyson in a fight where he was a 42-to-1 underdog. At the time, Tyson was 37-0 with 33 knockouts, while Douglas was just 29-4-1, 1 NC. Tyson was just 24 at the time, while Douglas was 30. In one of the most stunning upsets ever seen in sports, Douglas took it to Tyson and brutally knocked him out in the 10th round to become the new world heavyweight boxing champion. Douglas immediately lost the belt to Evander Holyfield in his very next fight.

Boxing legend Roy Jones Jr. says that he could fight Anderson Silva next after he takes on rival Mike Tyson this Saturday night. The 51-year-old Jones Jr. comes out of a two-year layoff when he returns to the ring against the 54-year-old Tyson, who is stepping into the ring for the first time in 15 years. The two will meet in an eight-round exhibition bout that features a modified ruleset in the main event of Saturday’s boxing card live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. Despite the age of both men and the controversial ruleset that will be used, there seems to be quite a bit of interest in this bout from fans and media.

Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr. have both passed the drug tests administered by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Agency (VADA). Tyson, 54, and Jones, 51, will fight for a maximum of eight two-minute rounds in a special exhibition fight this Saturday in Los Angeles, California. Ahead of the bout, both men underwent VADA drug tests, and according to ESPN reporter Marc Raimondi, both passed.
