The elder Nick Diaz has actually tested positive for marijuana multiple times with competition testing and his last positive test in 2015 nearly had him suspended for five years. His suspension was later brought down to 18 months and will actually be eligible to fight again in August.
With the 4/20 date upon us, marijuana advocates around the world are celebrating their unique day and Nate Diaz is jointing in on the fun.
Nate posted this photo of the reggae icon Bob Marley to his Instagram account early Wednesday morning with the caption, “#Happy420 🍁”
Diaz perhaps needs a bit of help to take the edge of Tuesday’s shocking news that his UFC 200 opponent Conor McGregor was “retiring young” and has been pulled from the main event fight by the UFC.
