VIDEO | Nate Diaz “I didn’t think for a second that I lost!”
Former UFC lightweight title challenger Nate Diaz suffered a majority decision loss to bitter rival Conor McGregor in the headliner of last night’s UFC 202 event in Las Vegas.
Diaz talked about the loss at last night’s UFC 202 press conference.
“The Stockton Slugger” told reporters that until the scorecards were read, he was sure that he had done enough to win the fight.
Diaz was not happy with how McGregor “ran away” during parts of their five-round war and stated that a “real fighter” doesn’t do that.
Nate went on to say that the only fight that will bring him back into the UFC octagon is a trilogy bout with McGregor.
