VIDEO | Nate Diaz weighs in on Conor McGregor vs. Khabib Nurmagomedov “They’re both my B*tches”
Earlier this week it was announced that former UFC lightweight title challenger Nate Diaz would be returning to the octagon to face Dustin Poirier at November’s UFC 230 event in New York.
The Stockton Slugger has not competed inside the octagon since suffering a controversial majority decision loss in his rematch with Conor McGregor at UFC 202 in August of 2016.
Despite his two year layoff, Nate Diaz will now return to action against arguably the hottest fighter that the lightweight division has to offer in Dustin Poirier.
Poirier has gone 8-1 with one no-contest over his past ten bouts, which includes stoppage victories over Bobby Green, Anthony Pettis, Justin Gaethje and most recently Eddie Alvarez.
Despite Poirier’s recent success and the opportunity of co-headlining a fight card at the famous Madison Square Garden in New Yrok, Nate Diaz appeared to be disinterested in the proposed fight following Friday’s UFC 25th Anniversary Press Conference.

One day following his controversial tweet, a reporter caught up with Nate Diaz to get his thoughts on the newly announced Conor McGregor vs. Khabib Nurmagomedov title fight.
The native of Stockton, California did anything but hold back when addressing “Mystic Mac” and “The Eagle”.
“I whooped one of their asses (Conor) and I slapped the f*ck out of the other one (Khabib)! So they’re both my little bitches so that’s who I got. I slapped him (Khabib) right in the face. He didn’t do sh*t! He was scared for his life, him and all of his Russian friends. He’s supposed to be from a third wold country? I’m from Stockton! He got his ass slapped! Didn’t do sh*t. All of their eyes lit up. His whole team. They are all pussies!”
