Former MMA starlet, Gina ‘Conviction’ Carano has just joined the star-studded cast of the 1989 “Kickboxer” film remake.
The Former Strikeforce and EliteXC talent joins the likes of former UFC welterweight champion, Georges St-Pierre on-set.
Carano last fought MMA in a losing effort to Cris Cyborg in 2009.
Filming of the project started last week.
