UFC seeking replacement opponent for Neil Magny at UFC 202
With just over a month to go until UFC 202 in La Vegas, ‘The Korean Stun Gun’ Dong Hyun Kim has withdrawn from his scrap with Neil Magny due to an undisclosed injury according to MMAJunkie.
As a result, the UFC is currently looking for a replacement opponent for Magny, who will be riding a 3 fight win streak into the event should the UFC find a replacement opponent for him.
So far no word yet on who the UFC will look to tap to replace Hyun Kim, however there are a few immediate options that come to mind.
Kelvin Gastelum, who lost to Magny back in November, is fresh off a unanimous decision win over Johny Hendricks at UFC 200. In addition, Johny Hendricks could look to step in on short notice and snap his 2 fight losing streak.
