Nick Diaz accuser says the Stockton Slugger was ‘coked up’ during alleged assault

By Chris Taylor - May 26, 2018

Former Strikeforce welterweight champion and UFC title challenger Nick Diaz was arrested on May 24 in Las Vegas over an alleged domestic violence incident.

To make matters worse for the Stockton native is the fact that his accuser is claiming that he was ‘coked up’ while he allegedly choked and assaulted her.

TMZ Sports has the story:

“Multiple sources connected to the case tell TMZ Sports … Diaz’s accuser claims she’s been in an “on-again, off-again sexual relationship” with Nick for years. But it took a turn for the worse in the last few days … because she claims Nick has been using cocaine.

The woman told police Nick attacked her at a Las Vegas home Thursday night … slamming her to the ground and chocking her by the neck. Cops were called to the home and found the alleged victim with red marks around her neck and eyes. We’re told the woman was transported to a nearby hospital where she was treated for multiple injuries. We’re told the victim claimed she suffered a hip injury in the altercation with Diaz.

Diaz — who was also at the home when cops arrived — was taken into custody and booked for battery domestic violence and domestic violence by strangulation.”

The UFC star, who was recently given the green light from USADA to continue his mixed martial arts career, has since been released from police custody.

Nick Diaz posted the following video on his Instagram story earlier today showing off a recent injury he received to his right elbow.

Nick Diaz is obviously innocent of all charges and accusations until proven guilty in a court of a law. Hopefully these domestic violence charges prove to be untrue.
