According to TMZ, Wednesday morning Nick Diaz was at the Hyde nightclub at the Bellagio hotel, when he bumped into a man on the way to the bathroom. Diaz apparently apologized, and told the man he didn’t want any trouble, when the man’s 3 friends jumped in and jumped the oldest Diaz brother.

According to the report, Diaz was hit in the head while trying to defend himself, at which point the brawl grew as others jumped in from the casino floor. While the brawl started between Diaz and the 4 men, workers were caught in the middle as the 4 attackers began using chairs as weapons.

Diaz explained after the incident that none of the men recognized him, and that he wouldn’t be pressing charges because his attackers “got the worst of it.”

Stay tuned for updates as they become available.
