Nick Diaz says he is ‘Sick of all this baddest man on the planet BS’

UFC 226’s super fight aftermath between Daniel Cormier and Brock Lesnar left a sour taste in several people’s mouths. That list now includes one of Stockton’s finest.

Nick Diaz

Despite being in the middle of some rather troubling legal cases, Nick Diaz has made it clear that he’s ready to return to MMA action and continued to make it clear late on Thursday night.

The former UFC champion and WWE star Lesnar stormed the Octagon at UFC 226 after Cormier’s big heavyweight title win and the two had what some believe was a rather ‘WWE-esque’ confrontation to set up a future title bout.

Diaz shared his displeasure with what went down this past Saturday in a post to his social media pages.

Sick of this all this “baddest man on the planet” bs. I’ll fight for any title at Any weight. @Ufc wants to make bs wwf fights with guys that fight like shit and put on an act. @dc_mma would look way worse than I do in this pic if he fought Anderson the way I did but instead he decided to wrestle fuck him for five rounds in front of his whole life And still almost got finished off in the last round with Silva only having two or three weeks notice @danawhite should give me this fight instead of dick chest Brock Lesnars cheating ass #dontbescaredhomie nothing personal I love Dc but I don’t like what he does-constantly embarrassed for him and the sport. I started doing MMA because it’s not WWF and I’ve never put on A bs act in my life I’m sure fans would like to see a real fight

Lesnar hasn’t competed in MMA since 2016 when he initially defeated Mark Hunt before it was overturned due to a failed USADA test. Prior to that he has back to back losses to Alistair Overeem and Cain Velasquez. His last win came against Shane Carwin in 2010 at UFC 116.

Now at age 34, Diaz hasn’t fought since January 2015 when he fought Anderson Silva. Having not won since 2011, Diaz ironically got a title shot against Georges St-Pierre after losing to Carlos Condit.
