Ayaka Miura to square off against Jihin Radzuan at ONE Fight Night 25

Ayaka Miura and Jihin Radzuan will finally get the chance to go at it.  

Both fighters are booked to collide in an atomweight MMA tiff at ONE Fight Night 25 on Prime Video. This takes place at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on October 4. 

The two were supposed to share the same ring last April, but the bout was postponed before they could put their hands on each other. 

Luckily, this intriguing showdown will be part of ONE Championship’s next offering in U.S. primetime. 

At first glance, Miura and Radzuan seem to be at different points in their careers. 

Miura has long been a staple in the strawweight MMA division. But this past January, she made the significant decision to drop down to atomweight. 

There, the former ONE World Title contender made an immediate impact. In her debut at 115 pounds, she scored an impressive decision victory over Japanese compatriot Itsuki Hirata. 

“Zombie” now has her sights set on climbing the bracket’s ranks, and she views Radzuan as the next obstacle on her path to gold.

Meanwhile, Jihin Radzuan enters this three-round duel with a strong desire for redemption. 

“Shadow Cat” is looking to bounce back from a decision loss to #3-ranked contender Chihiro Sawada in a catchweight bout this past March. 

This disappointing defeat booted the Malaysian standout out of the division’s top five rankings. 

Despite this setback, her resolve remains unshaken. 

With 12 matches under her belt in ONE Championship, Radzuan brings a wealth of experience and a competitive edge to the table. This makes her a formidable opponent for anyone in the weight class.
