ONE FC signs former Legend FC Champ Ji Xian

ONE FC, Asia’s largest mixed martial arts promotion, has inked former Legend FC bantamweight champion Ji Xian (11-2 MMA).

ONE FC CEO, Victor Cui, announced the news via twitter yesterday evening:

@victoronefc: NEWS ALERT: Legend FC Champion Ji Xian, the best MMA fighter in China in his weight category, has officially signed with #ONEFC #MMA

Ji “The Executioner” Xian has fought in all of China’s international competitions, including Art of War, Top of Forbidden City, RUFF, and most recently Legend FC, where he became the organizations Bantamweight Champion, before the promotion was forced to close it’s doors.

The highly touted Chinese fighter, Ji Xian, is known for his excellent grappling skills, as all of his 11 career victories have come by way of submission.

“The Executioner” has reportedly signed a 6-fight deal and is expected to make his ONE FC debut in April of 2014.
