Pros react to Ovince Saint Preux’s impressive first-round finish
Ovince Saint Preux squared off with Yushin Okami in the main event of UFC Fight Night 117 yesterday in Japan.
“OSP” was able to secure top position early in round one, this after Okami decided to pull guard, and promptly submitted his Japanese opponent with a Von Flue choke.
The victory marked Saint Preux’s second in a row and served as the fifth Von Flue choke finish in UFC history.
Amazingly, “OSP” is responsible for three of the five aforementioned Von Flue chokes that have occurred in the UFC octagon.
Here is how the pros reacted.
