UFC Vet Phil Baroni Signing WWE Deal — Headed To Wrestlemania
“The New York Bad Ass” Phil Baroni is headed to this weekend’s Wrestlemania 31 event in Santa Clara, California.
The brash former Strikeforce title challenger claims to not only be attending the event but that he’s also signing a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Here is what Baroni had to say via his official twitter account:
Just got my flight and tickets to @Wrestlemania. I'm getting flown it to sign my contract and see what the @wwe and @Wrestlemania are about

BJPENN.com has confirmed with sources close to the WWE that Phil Baroni will in fact sign a developmental deal with the organization.
No debut date for “The New York Bad Ass” has been given at this time.
Wrestlemania 31 takes place this Sunday (March 29) live from Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
