8:15PM ET- Kicking off tonights show is UFC women’s bantamweight contender, Valentina Shevchenko – @bulletvalentina . “The Bullet” is slated to face Julianna Peña next weekend on FOX in a showdown that will likely determine the No.1 contender. We will get Shevchenko’s breakdown of the matchup, what she would do differently in a rematch with Nunes, and her thoughts on the women’s bantamweight division.

8:40PM ET- One of the most decorated kick boxers to ever lace up a pair of gloves, John Wayne Parr – @johnwayneparr joins the show to gives us an update regarding his signing with Bellator Kickboxing. We will get the scoop on what “The Gunslinger” has in store for 2017, the growth of his ‘Caged Muay Thai’ promotion, and his opinion on the current kickboxing scene.

9PM EST- “Big” Ben Rothwel1 – @rothwellfighter stops by to drop some bombs on the UFC’s heavyweight division. Rothwell has become very outspoken lately and it appears that no one is safe. We will get Ben’s predictions for the biggest upcoming fights, who he wants to challenge next, and if he expects to be competing for UFC gold in 2017. We’ll also give “Big Ben” the open mic to speak his mind.
