The PFL is set to ensure maximum violence at Battle of the Giants with Ray Lewis chatting to fighters before they go out. At this point, it certainly seems as if the PFL is willing to do just about anything to promote Battle of the Giants. It makes sense, too, given that this is by far the biggest event they’ve ever produced from top to bottom.

PFL heavyweight Francis Ngannou has responded to UFC President Dana White. ‘The Predator’ is set to return to the cage this Saturday in Saudi Arabia. Back for the first time since a decision victory over Ciryl Gane in early 2022, Francis Ngannou will face Renan Ferreira. The bout will be the former champion’s first under the PFL banner, but not his first since leaving the UFC.

Cormier sat cage-side as UFC light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira defeated Khalil Rountree Jr. at UFC 307. Pereira defended the belt for the third time in just seven months and rallied from early adversity to finish Rountree.

Later this month on October 19, the PFL heads to Saudi Arabia for probably the biggest event in the company’s history. They will showcase a range of blockbuster fights from top to bottom, with the kind of card that can go head to head with a lot of the UFC’s offerings this year.

The PFL has released a trailer to promote Francis Ngannou vs. Renan Ferreira. Later this month in Saudi Arabia, ‘The Predator’ will enter the cage for the first time since early 2022. Following a unanimous decision victory over Ciryl Gane at UFC 270, Francis Ngannou parted ways with the Dana White-led promotion. The following year, the former heavyweight champion signed with the PFL.

PFL CEO Peter Murray has confirmed Jake Paul will fight in MMA after facing Mike Tyson. ‘The Problem Child’ is set to make his return to the boxing ring on November 15th in Dallas. Fresh off a knockout victory over Mike Perry in July, Jake Paul will face the legendary Mike Tyson. The two were previously booked to clash in the summer, but health issues forced the 58-year-old boxer out of the matchup.

This past weekend, the Ultimate Fighting Championship put on a mammoth event at the Sphere in Las Vegas. They spent a great deal of money doing so, too, making for one of the most unique events in the history of mixed martial arts. Dana White served as a huge part of the process, and he made it clear that they were going all in.

In January 2022, Francis Ngannou defeated Ciryl Gane, in what was his final appearance as UFC heavyweight champion. The following year, the former titleholder signed with the PFL to compete. However, for the last year or so, he’s been busy in the boxing world.

Bellator middleweight champion Johnny Eblen will face Fabian Edwards next month on PFL pay-per-view. The two met in the main event of Bellator 299 last September in Dublin. Despite Johnny Eblen entering the cage a massive betting favorite, Fabian Edwards gave him the toughest bout of his career. However, the wrestler still retained his title via a brutal third-round knockout. Post-fight, tensions flared, and Eblen nearly fought Edwards’ brother, former UFC champion Leon Edwards.
