Eddie Alvarez vs. Rafael dos Anjos set for UFC 200?

By bjpenndotcom - April 1, 2016

While UFC President Dana White stated recently that the co-main event for UFC 200 had yet to be announced, it appears as though Eddie Alvarez may have broken the news via Twitter.

Rafael dos Anjos

Alvarez, who is currently riding a 2-fight win streak that has seen him defeat both Gilbert Melendez and Anthony Pettis via split decision, posted the following photo on Twitter:

Rafael dos Anjos is still recovering from a broken foot which forced him out of his UFC 196 bout with Conor McGregor back in March. Urijah Faber recently revealed via Instagram that he saw dos Anjos in Hawaii, and that the lightweight champ was limping around.

The UFC has yet to officially announce dos Anjos vs. Alvarez, however if this bout is indeed slated for UFC 200, expect an official announcement shortly.
