Till and Whittaker were expected to headline UFC Dublin but the event was canceled due to the coronavirus. But, it was quickly rebooked for July 25 where the two have been taken shots at one another where the two even pitched a catchweight so they could drink and eat.

The pair were previously scheduled to headline the UFC Dublin card in August, but like all international UFC events, that fight card was wiped out due to the coronavirus pandemic.

According to Ariel Helwani of ESPN, Whittaker is out of his scheduled fight against Jared Cannonier at UFC 248 due to personal reasons. The co-main event this past weekend was a tactical affair, with Till coming out on top via split decision. The fight certainly had its moments with both men getting in a few good shots, but in comparison to some of their previous outings in the Octagon, it didn’t have the same kind of spark in the eyes of many fans.
