Ronaldo Souza put on a dominant performance against former UFC champion Vitor Belfort at last night’s UFC 198 event in Brazil.

“Jacare” was able to finish “The Phenom” in the fight’s very first-round earning a TKO stoppage.

With the victory, Souza looks to be in prime position for a shot at the winner of next month’s Chris Weidman vs. Luke Rockhold middleweight title fight rematch, which takes place June 4 at UFC 199 in Los Angeles.
