First photos emerge from Ronda Rousey and Travis Browne’s Hawaiian wedding

The MMA power couple of Ronda Rousey and Travis Browne have made it official and are now man and wife.

Rousey and Browne announced their engagement back in April and they tied the knot on Saturday, which was on the same day as the historic fight between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor. UFC President Dana White was invited to the wedding but was slightly busy with his work schedule for what was expected by many to be the richest fight in the history of combat sports.

Rousey had plans of a simple backyard style wedding in Hawaii and it looks like she got what she wanted. Browne posted a photo on Tuesday from their wedding with the two holding hands. Browne, who was born in Hawaii, sported a traditional Hawaiian lei around his neck.

Browne said in his post on social media, “What an amazing day!! She is so perfect in every way! She makes me so happy! She is my other half! I Love You @rondarousey #browsey2017”

MMA photographer Michael Mardones who some know better as Layzie The Savage also posted a selfie with his close friend overlooking the view of their Hawaiian wedding along with some other close friends in attendance.
