Going into UFC 193 in Australia, Ronda Rousey’s confidence was at an all-time high. While many praised Rousey for her confidence, she caught quite a bit of criticism post-fight for what many believed to be overconfidence leading up to the fight. The bill now moves to the desk of Governor Andrew Cuomo, who in the past has expressed his interest in signing the bill. This is a big win for the sport of MMA, and for ZUFFA, who has been trying to hold an event at the famed Madison Square Garden for quite some time now.
