Before UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic attempts to make his first title defense against Alistair Overeem next weekend at UFC 203 in Cleveland, watch the Ohio-native take on former title challenger Mark Hunt at ‘UFC Fight Night 65’ from May of 2015.

Stipe would defeat the ‘Super Samoan’ via fifth-round TKO at the event, propelling his run towards the UFC title.

Miocic has won his last three fights in a row, the latest being a title capturing first-round knockout of Fabricio Wedrum at UFC 198 this past May in Brazil.

Overall, Miocic has gone 9-2 under the UFC banner, with six of those nine victories coming via finish. His two losses came at the hands of Stefan Struve and Junior dos Santos respectively.

Miocic will face a big challenge in the form of former Strikeforce and DREAM champion Alistair Overeem next weekend in the main event of UFC 203.

‘The Reem’ has won four fights in a row, his latest being a second-round TKO victory over former champion Andrei Arlovski. Prior to that, Overeem scored a second-round knockout victory over perennial contender and former champion Junior dos Santos.
