Tim Kennedy offers to step in and fight Dan Henderson on short notice
Earlier today we reported that Lyoto Machida had admitted to using a banned substance and was forced to withdraw from his scheduled bout with Dan Henderson at this weekend’s UFC on FOX event in Tampa, Florida.
Shortly after news broke, UFC middleweight Tim Kennedy took to his Twitter to declare that he is ready and willing to step in and fight “Hendo” on short notice. His words:
I will fly and fight @danhendo right now. My mouth piece is in my pocket. I don't need anything else.

Unfortunately for fight fans, the UFC has stated that Dan Henderson will no longer be on this weekend’s UFC Tampa card.
